Our company owns a complex of non-residential buildings (production, administrative, warehouse premises) with an area of 2,000 square meters, which is located at the address: Mykolaiv region, Kryvoozerskyi district, the urban-type settlement Kryve Ozero. Grain-processing complex (mill) with a capacity of 60 tons of grain cleaning, and 30 tons of grain grinding.
There is a technical possibility to increase the grinding capacity to 60 tons, the weight capacity to 80 tons, the pneumatic car unloader to 80 tons, 1000 tons of silage-type grain storage, and 1000 tons of filled type storage. There is an approved project for the installation of a 5,000-ton elevator on the territory of the complex.
The enterprise is engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products (grain and oil crops).

The land bank of the enterprise is more than 400 hectares, there is a possibility of expanding the land bank.
On the territory of the enterprise there is an artesian well, which was commissioned in 1974 and is the property of our enterprise.

In 2010, the well was restored and the new pumping equipment was installed, a complex of inspection tasks was carried out and a chemical analysis of the water from this well was obtained.
The well production rate is 10 cubic meters per hour.

Along with other buildings included in the Complex, there is a bottling shop with the necessary utility premises with a total area of 2,000 square meters. A project for the layout of communications and the location of equipment for filling water with a total capacity of 7,000 bottles per hour has been developed for these utility premises (with the operation of two bottling lines of 1.5-liter and 5-liter PET bottles).
The lease agreement for the 1.5-hectare land plot, on which the Complex and the artesian well are located, was concluded for a period of 49 years and is valid until 2063.
